Official PlayStation App Arriving for iPhone and Android

The app purportedly allows users to access their trophies, share their accomplishments with social networking sites, learn about new products, and monitor the online status of their PlayStation Network friends. The PlayStation Europe blog also claims the company is "already working on the next version that will support most SCEE countries and languages." Despite the cool features and the potential benefits, the app may seem like somewhat of letdown for the Sony gamers who await the release of an actual, devoted 'Zeus' PS3 phone. But, hey, at least the app will be free. Now Sony just needs to hurry up and release it in the States.
