Get Your Google Calendars to Sync With Your iPhone, Android or BlackBerry

iPhone, iPad and iPod touch
The two-step iOS calendar process is more complicated than Android, but you won't need to download any new apps to sync your phone or tablet with Google Calendar. If you've already set Gmail up on your phone, you may want to trash your old account before proceeding. First, you'll need to go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, click Add Account and create a new Microsoft Exchange Account -- not the Gmail option (we know, it sounds counterintuitive). Leaving the 'Domain' field blank, enter your Google account details in 'Username' and 'Password,' tap 'Next,' and add m.google.com as the 'Server' field on the following screen. Next, you'll be prompted for the services you'd like to sync. If this is your first time setting up mail, contacts or your calendar, go ahead and select all three.
You're probably using multiple calendars, so you'll need to open up Safari to choose which Google Calendars are getting pulled down to your device. Use your account details to log in to m.google.com/sync on your phone, and select the device you're using. (If you have multiple iPads and iPhones, you can customize sync settings on each.) Tap the button next to each calendar you want on your phone, and press 'Save' once you're satisfied. Wait a few seconds, boot up the iOS Calendar app, and your Google calendars, now fully editable, will download from the Web.
BlackBerry
BlackBerry users will need to download the Google Sync app directly to their phones. We recommend grabbing the full Google for BlackBerry package, which contains Sync along with Maps, Gmail and Google Voice. Once installed, open the Sync app from your home screen, and fill your Google login details into the prompt. If you only want your BlackBerry calendar to sync with Google, make sure you turn off Contacts syncing. Once you're satisfied with your options, click 'Sync Now,' and your Google Calendars will be pulled into your BlackBerry. Google will only check your phone every two hours for changes, but you can force an update by opening the Sync app and changing to Manual sync.
