While Conan O'Brien's ratings might not have satisfied the bigwigs at NBC, he's certainly enjoyed an unprecedented popularity during his nine months of unemployment. And, if his rabid online disciples are as prone to watching videos as they are social networking, we wouldn't be surprised if cable channel
TBS's decision to stream full episodes of his new show, starting Monday, were to break records and truly legitimize online TV.

Why would anybody want to watch this guy! He is so boring and unfunny. I don't know how he's stayed on the air as long as he has. It goes to show you how far the standard for TV hosts have dropped in the last 20 years. Same goes for Ellen DeGeneres she is so Bland!

@(Unverified) Conan brings a lot of appeal for a younger audience. I love the guy! He's got class! :)

I've never understood people who say, "I'm so glad that was taken off the air!"
It's like, do these people not have remote controls in their homes? Do the channel buttons on the television itself not work? Are their doors welded shut? Are there really people out there that are trapped watching programs they don't want to until someone finally cancels them? It all just sounds so bizarre to me.
I wonder if these people are similarly pleased when their favorite restaurant removes from the menu any entrees they weren't interested in ever eating, or if the town just decided to shut down any roads which led places they didn't need to go.
