Test Drive Mitsubishi's Outlander Sport From Your Computer

Beginning November 1st, customers interested in taking the new Outlander for a spin will be able to do so from the comfort of their own homes, thanks to Mitsubishi's new "virtual" test drive feature. As PopSci explains, the automaker has equipped one of its new SUVs with a robotic control system, which allows prospective buyers to drive it remotely from their computers. So it's not exactly virtual. But it's not exactly driving, either.
If you wanna take the Outlander Sport for a spin, you can sign up for a time slot here, but you'd better hurry, since the online offer is only good for ten days. You may not learn a lot about the car from driving it around with your keyboard, but you'll at least have a cool way to distract yourself at the office.
