U.K. Gang Busted Thanks to Ill-Advised YouTube Videos

B515 Gang on YouTube
Criminals and thugs have still not learned that, if you want to get away with misdeeds, the last thing you should do is brag about them online. A gang, known as B515, has been terrorizing Birmingham, England for some time: vandalizing police cars, dealing drugs and intimidating residents. But the roughly 40-member strong group of hoodlums made the mistake of posting videos to YouTube in which they brag about about their crimes, including carrying firearms. Thanks to the hard work of the police and residents, four of the higher profile members of the group have been identified. Anthony Sargeant, Luke Jones, Joel Henry and Kirt Travers were issued an injunction for "antisocial" behavior. The injunction bars the quartet from the area, under threat of arrest and fines. After giving the ringleaders the boot, the police issued warnings to 20 other identified members of the gang, and increased patrols to dissuade them from continuing their criminal acts.

We're not sure whether we should be depressed that we have to keep telling people to stop posting incriminating things online, or whether we should be thankful that the bad guys seem particularly incapable of learning this lesson.
