If you want to network on Facebook with a small circle of friends and maintain relative anonymity, do so with a fake name and NO (or a phony) profile picture. Let your friends know who you are, but don't allow others to know.

Most importantly, do not name anyone or anything in specific. Do not say "My job at X-Corp sucks and my boss Mr. Smith is a moron". Instead, say "my job and superiors drive me nuts" or the like.

Do not give anyone any ammunition to fire back at you. This is 2010. While I will agree with your comments, I must say that the school board's overreaction to being criticized exactly displays their delusional feelings of supreme aristocracy who expect that the serfs do not express openly any criticism of the barons and will be harshly punished for the "crime". For all her years as a dedicated teacher, and the fact the the town has already been suffering from a reputation of community arrogance, I would have to say that it is THE stupidest reason one could imagine for firing a teacher, after all it is the First Amendment to our Constitution that they are trying to block here, which shows more than arrogance but a zero tolerace for the truth if it isn't nice to them.

Tell me one other company or organization that would get away with this...naw, you couldn't find one, because ITS AGAINST THE LAW. Not surprisingly the Superintendent resigned.
