Facebook Photos Help Woman Uncover Husband's Secret Disney-Themed Marriage
To nobody's surprise, a recent study claimed that more couples are finding evidence of marital infidelity via Facebook. After all, if somebody's doing something, no matter how innocuous or unsightly, it's probably going to get posted on the social networking site. According to the AP, Lynn France, of Westlake, Ohio, learned this the hard way when she discovered that her husband John had a second wife -- by spotting their Walt Disney World wedding pictures on bride #2's Facebook page. Lynn had become suspicious of her husband's frequent business trips, and one day found a hotel website left up on their computer. Lynn and a friend visited the hotel to confront a woman, who said she was, in fact, engaged to John France. Lynn's friend then suggested they check out the woman's public Facebook page for further proof. Sure enough, Lynn found the wedding pictures, which featured John donned in Prince Charming gear and the unnamed woman dressed as Sleeping Beauty. Understandably, Lynn started divorce proceedings based on the evidence, although John claims his marriage to Lynn was never legally proper. Even if you aren't involved in any Disney-themed extra-marital activities, this case is a great reminder to shore up your privacy settings on Facebook. [From: AP/Huffington Post]

Brilliant - post your second bigamous marriage on facebook. I guess that's another argument for polyamory (i.e. fessing up BEFOREHAND, not after).
