Was called some time last year, and when I asked a million questions, the person got scared (I think) and thanked me for my time and hung up. A friend had downloaded something after the "technician" called, and on my advice, shut down the computer before the programme could fully access the system. He was immediately called back and the "technician" advised my friend to turn the system back on and run the "installation"/"scan" again. Needless to say, he did not comply and just hung up on the "technician".
