Auto-Tune Yourself With the MicDroid App for Android, But We Don't Want to Hear It

Are you a glutton for punishment? Do you enjoy bleeding ears? Have you not tired of Katy Perry, the Bieber and Kanye? Well, you fans of the satanic invention known as Auto-Tune, take note: you can now sound like a soulless robot using your Android phone. One of the coders over at XDA Developers has released MicDroid , a free app that will melodize your mutterings, à la the similar T-Pain app for iPhone. You can hear the reverb-heavy sounds after the break.

In a demo video, one of the podcasters from PocketNow says that the Android app has "finally arrived," as though everyone were waiting with bated breath for the chance to sound like Ke$ha. But who knows? Maybe they are. We're just lonely bloggers who don't leave the house. Your robot music confuses us. The only judicious use of this nefarious audio processor we've ever heard is from 'Auto-Tune the News,' but even that's getting a little stale. [From: xdadevelopers, Via: Gizmodo]

I'm, like, okay with being a little crazy.

The time, energy, words, weight lost, nails bitten, scabs picked and nights I've struggled thru for this are easy to judge from afar, right?
