Microsoft's Project Natal Renamed Kinect, Xbox 360 Slim Leaked?

We've barely settled in here in Los Angeles for this year's 2010 Electronics Entertainment Expo (E3), and Microsoft's motion-sensing "use your body as a controller" Project Natal tech has already been redubbed 'Kinect.' Just hours before Microsoft's Sunday night event, USA Today's Game Hunters blog revealed the system's new official name and a list of early titles.
Kinect creative director Kudo Tsunoda told USA Today, "We set out to make a new control paradigm where anybody can get in and play, without having to read the instructions or learn a complicated set of controls." It's no surprise, then, that the first wave of games appear to be in the family friendly vein. USA Today previewed titles like 'Joyride,' 'Dance Central,' 'Kinect Sports,' 'Kinectimals' and other releases working in the 'Star Wars' and Disney universes.
Joystiq also reports an alleged Italian Microsoft ad suggests a thinner 360 console (much like Sony's PlayStation 3 Slim) could be announced in the coming days. With E3 events kicking off full force on Monday, stay tuned for all the official unveilings and the latest from the world's biggest video game convention. [From: USAToday, via: Joystiq]

The real improvement that I can see with this is its connectivity with KIN and an expandable storage capacity. Although, I do welcome its new features like (zune connectivity and ESPN 3) as well as with the price! It's still 299 USD. (just like the fat 360) Complete Details: http://j.mp/xbox-360-slim-sexy-updates
