Star Wars Kid Returns, Without His Lightsaber

Shortly after he ascended to the zenith of the Internet on the strength of the lightsaber swordplay video he made as a chubby teen, Raza fell prey to an onslaught of ridicule from his peers. The bullying was so severe, in fact, that the teenager was forced to drop out of his Quebec high school and enter a psychiatric ward for children. Now, though, he's reemerged in his early 20s, and is currently acting as the president of the Patrimoine Trois-Rivières, a cultural preservation society based in his hometown, while working toward a law degree at McGill University [Ed. Note: Editor Leila Brillson is thrilled to have such an alumnus from her college]. He may have suffered worse cyberbullying than we could ever imagine, but it's good to know that he's recovered, and that he's returned to public life -- even without his trusty blade. So, why is French Canadian culture so much more important than other Canadian cultures? I ask, because there seem to be soooo many people on Quebec who are ultra-concerned about this.. Well, it gets old hearing about it.

I think Quebec just wants to secede from Canada and become a part of France, some day. They're just more proud to be what they call "French" than Canadian (which is what they are).
