I had a bad experience with a backup company as well so I am not using any. They were told to backup my files which I had to maintain and backup for 7 years by law. They lost my data and erased it. I was fuming. I fired them. I couldn't get in touch with them for days before I could even speak to somebody to complain. I thought they were great at first. Very inexpensive. Then problems happened. Just goes to show you, you get what you pay for. Give me customer service over price any day.
I will check out Lock Docs and BUMI as per your suggestion. Thanks for the help.
