  • Gizmodo actually got hold of the apparently questionable iPhone 4G this week, and Nick Denton -- the head of the site's publisher -- responded to claims that it was an illicit acquisition.   • Scientists, doctors and critics have been investigating cell phone-related health risks since handhelds first commercially arrived. A group of researchers has embarked on a study of unrivaled scope, though, that will involve 250,000 people in five European countries.   • Windows still dominates the computer OS marketplace, but Google CEO Eric Schmidt believes his company's Chrome OS could join Mac OS in providing significant competition to Microsoft's stranglehold.   • Adobe's contentious relationship with Apple is intensifying, as Adobe product manager Mike Chambers lambasted Apple's programming practices. During a Tuesday announcement, Chambers reportedly complained: "If you want to develop for the iPhone you have to prepare for Apple to reject or restrict your development at any time, and for seemingly any reason."
