Microsoft's 'Are You Certifiable?' Is the Geekiest Time-Waster Ever

Do you find yourself annoyed with those inane quizzes on Facebook that measure how pure or how geeky you are? Well, if so, you probably don't want to wander over to the Microsoft Web site, because the company just launched 'Are You Certifiable?' -- a Silverlight-based quiz game that helps you decide if you're ready to become Microsoft Certified.

The game is pretty straightforward. Pick a name and an avatar (hey! you can be Clippy!), identify yourself as a developer or IT pro and then you're on your way. We tested our mettle against the IT professional portion, and were pretty disappointed that we hadn't sufficiently de-nerded ourselves from our old help desk jobs to fail the quiz.

We're not sure if we'd call the game fun (unless your idea of fun is answering questions about log files, Group Policy and bulk deployment of customized Windows 7 images), but it can't hurt to check it out. Besides, we're sure you've had some unpleasant things to say about your IT person. Here's your chance to see if you could actually do their job. [From: Microsoft, via: Technabob]
