U.K. Man Who Built Flamethrowing Scooter Gets Arrested
Before his arrest, Furze jokingly told the Telegraph that he came up with the idea to ward off tailgaters. Mission accomplished. However, Furze was also warned that operating this vehicle on a public road would result in trouble with local authorities. It looks like he not only ignored that warning, but was bold enough to let the press take pictures of the evidence. Furze was released on unconditional bail and has a court date scheduled for May 6th. Let's hope the judge is a 007 fan, or, at the least, has a sense of humor.
