Fight the Stress-Inducing Magic Mouse with a $10 Fix

Though Apple pioneered the creation of the computer mouse, the company has had a long history of uncomfortable and unconventional mice (e.g. the rage-inducing iMac 'hockey puck' model or the nubbed Mighty Mouse). The Magic Mouse, the latest from the labs at Cupertino, is much flatter than most mice, which puts the user in the odd position of not being able to rest his or her palm on the mouse. For all its gorgeous lines and glossy surfaces, we came away with a painfully cramped mouse hand after just an hour or two of testing. Trying to navigate the OS via the device's touch-based movements only made the pain worse.

Will at MMFixed.com offers a simple solution. He's selling a $10 silicon block, complete with suction cup, that fits on the back end of the mouse. Because the touch-sensitive surfaces are located on the front of the mouse, this shouldn't interfere. We're bound to be a generation suffering from RSI in our 30s, so every little bit helps.
