Although I do believe it's the parents responsibilty to monitor their childrens activity, just like our parents tried to monitor our phone usage (back in the day of land lines) we always found a way to get the call through. The difference is, we were only talking with one person, not the entire network.........never mind being able to post pictures, personal info or even worse sexting. Someone out there needs to be able to monitor and police these sites.
