Just a little bit of misdirection on the part of the company.  While the ad may not be TiVo proof, they did trick you into writing about by claiming that it was.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Davis Freeberg]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Jan 21st 2010 10:56AM</pubDate></item><item><title><![CDATA[Comments on 'DVR-Proof' Commercial Kind of a Failure]]></title><link>http://www.switched.com/2010/01/21/dvr-proof-commercial-kind-of-a-failure/</link><guid isPermaLink="true">http://www.switched.com/2010/01/21/dvr-proof-commercial-kind-of-a-failure/</guid><description><![CDATA[That makes absolutely no sense.<br><br>If someone makes the claim that they can lift 100 pounds with their tongue, yet can't do it, writing an article about them not doing it doesn't make the failure a success.<br><br>If someone makes a "DVR-proof" commercial that isn't actually "DVR-proof" then they failed, and saying they failed doesn't change anything.<br><br>I don't know what the commercial is for, even after reading this article, so the advertising is ineffective to at least one person, and I'm willing to bet I'm not the only one that couldn't care any less about this commercial or the company behind it.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Mikee]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Jan 21st 2010 11:52AM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
