Apple Event to Put Tablet Rumors to Rest on January 27th?

It's official, invitations have hit inboxes, and Apple fanboys around the globe are getting all hot and bothered. What's going on? January 27, Apple will be holding an event to show off its "latest creation."

Will it be the long rumored iTablet? Will that tablet just be an over-sized iPhone? Or will Apple simply add a touchscreen to its iMac line up, throwing fanboys into a rage? Maybe Apple will surprise us all, and release something completely unexpected in innovative.

Whether it's an e-reader to end all e-readers, iPalette, MIDI touch-screen keyboard, iCarina of Time, or just a giant digital notepad, we'll be watching intently to see what exactly the Cupertino crew has cooked up this time. [From: Engadget]
