I am a licensed, clinical hynotherapist and it is a very valuable tool for people who disregard the garbage people like the author of this article write, and try it. Unfortunately those who spout off at the mouth about something they clearly know little-to-nothing about influence people and people who could be helped by an ancient technique of self-discovery, will continue to try other remedies that may or may not work, or try nothing at all.

This reporter, rather than simply reporting about a mass hypnosis event taking place today, instead has to throw in a few insults and opinion such as: 'celebrates nonsense', 'ridiculous feats'... using words such as 'merely', 'claims', 'force', 'shenanigans' and 'mind-control'. Is this objective reporting??? Isn't one of the first things you learn when studying journalism to report THE FACTS and KEEP YOUR OPINION TO YOURSELF??
