BlackBerry Suffers Yet Another E-Mail Outage
Those affected were primarily individual customers and small businesses (enterprise users operate on a separate system), and BlackBerry acknowledged that the problem was with its service, and not the fault of carriers. Unfortunately the company failed to specify what exactly caused the problem.
Without trying to sound like a bunch of alarmists, we're beginning to worry about the state of RIM's e-mail service.
