Twitter and Tumblr Reimagined as Vintage Books, Worst Photoshopping of 2009

There's a load of great tech news happening out there every day, and, unfortunately, we just can't cover it all. Here are a few of the other noteworthy things we saw today on our never-ending journey through the wild, wild Web.
  • Don't miss this collection of sites like Tumblr, Twitter, and Facebook redesigned by French illustrator Stéphane Massa-Bidal as vintage paperback books. [From: The Daily What. and BuzzFeed]
  • The use of Photoshop in advertising campaigns is pretty much a given these days, which makes these ridiculous uses (fake bodies, enormous hands, unnatural skin tone) of the image editing app all the more mind-boggling. [From: BuzzFeed]
  • Macs are great until they break (we've dealt with jammed CD-R drives, broken latches, and more over the years), but fortunately TUAW is here with some tips for making your tip to the Genius Bar as smooth as possible. Just be happy there are Apple Stores all over the place now; we still remember the ancient days when you had to do all Apple repairs over the phone. [From: TUAW]
