I've been with AT&T for about 4-5 years, now, and it's coverage has been great, for me. Sure, my handset is EDGE only (Blackberry 8900), but it does exactly what I want it to.<br><br>With customer service, I treat every customer rep like a human being. I didn't know what people were complaining about until then.  I love the iPhone, but hate AT&T.  Not so much their coverage, but the customer service when problems arise.  They have the same issues with their landline customers as well.  Since becoming the "new" AT&T, their customer service level plummeted.  I have had line issues for 18 months and am still waiting for a very late service tech to look at the DSL line.  That problem has been going on for 5 months.<br>As a once fine company, they have fallen far from grace in my eyes.
