Obama Promises to Build (and Protect Us From) Robots
He already has uncanny reflexes, a wicked southpaw jumpshot, and can leap tall buildings in a single bound. But now, in a bold move to live up to his Nobel Peace Prize, President Obama has promised us all that he will protect us from future robot invasions.Speaking before an audience as part of his "Educate to Innovate" campaign, an initiative aimed at promoting science and math education in U.S. classrooms, Obama uttered the following words of inspiration: "As President, I believe that robotics can inspire young people to pursue science and engineering. And I also want to keep an eye on those robots in case they try anything." Not only is the President willing to encourage the youth of America to start building robots, he's even guaranteeing to annihilate the robots once they malfunction and start killing everyone!
Okay, so recap: Robot attack protection? Check. Universal health care coverage? Uh. [From: Gizmodo]

What kind of a Jackass article is this? He listens to Obama and then makes assumptions without any proof? Science and Robotics can be helpful to this country, but at the same time lets make sure safety precautions are legislated in so that robotics cannot be used in any counter-productive way! The fool writing this article is just peddling propaganda against Obama and thats all he's doing! More Bushnazi Fear,Hate, and Violence type of articles here!

Maybe you should just take a few deep breaths and calm down.
I don't think this article was meant to be offensive- it's just something funny that the president said, which the author took and made a joke of. People make fun of the things other people say ALL the time. I don't think he's trying to demoralize Obama, "peddle propaganda", or contribute to the apparently numerous "Bushnazi" (by the way, fantastic word; possibly the funniest thing I've heard all day) "fear, hate, and violence type of articles" that are polluting the minds of our AOL.com readers.
So just relax, Mr. Gunter, and don't be so quick to attack anyone who makes a joke about our president. (you wouldn't have been so quick to defend Bush, now would you?)
And as a side note- is it just me, or is anyone else annoyed by all the ridiculous and repetitive spam comments on here?
