This article is epic fail epitomized.<br><br>As Robin pointed out, SSDs are the fastest option and spin at precisely 0RPM.<br><br>Furthermore, I guarantee a 5400RPM SATA/3Gbps drive transfers data faster than a 10KRPM ATA/33 drive.<br><br>While the tip is somewhat good, your advice is like saying, "If you want to drive fast, get a vehicle with 8 cylinders instead of 4." While technically relevant, there are other far more important factors to consider.<br><br>I'd also like to point out that 10KRPM is generally going to be far too loud for most users.
