The punk got almost what he deserved, he should have been shot. Prisons are already full of these little punk wannabes so just shoot and ask questions later. When the family files a lawsuit and says he was a loving father to his 8 kids and their 8 different mothers they should be laughed at.
The lawyer who agrees to take on such a case should be found in contempt of court and charged with filing a frivoulous lawsuit, then disbarred.
Lets get rid of the scum on the streets and the scum that agree to defend them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
