Frankly, IMO, their a waste of money. The unit itself will cost around $300.00, then you pay $30.00 per downloaded book (what retailers charge for newly released books). Save yourselves a ton of money and just buy the regualr book, then no need to worry about dying/recharging and/or replacing batteries. With this device and others like it, try reading your favorite novel on it, and the battery dies just when the good part hits. Then you're about to waste 3 hours waiting for it!

RV
