Very little demand for such tech support on Macs because they don't have all the problems that PC's have. When you add up all of the extra costs and hassle of dealing with anti-virus software, tech support, IT specialists, crashes with expensive data recovery, etc., you spend FAR more for a PC than you would have for a Mac that doesn't crash, doesn't lose files, and is virtually immune to viruses and hacking no matter where you surf on the web. But keep on flogging that dead horse. You're Florence Henderson's kind of people.

And, at the end of the day...which machine did you end up spending the most MONEY on? 96% of the rest of the world uses Windows! Ever wonder why? Very little demand for tech support on MACS could just mean there aren't that many of them to be taken seriously yet!
