My ears literally ached for hours after about 2 hours of having it in my ear.  I promptly returned it and got the Voyager Pro. Doesn't bother you at all to force the company to eat the cost to manufacture that headset, and with you and others pulling crap like that, driving the price of their products up? I have found that the Motorola H300, which is powered by the standard AAA battery, lasts quite a while and does not require to be recharged, pop a new battery in and keep talking. Usually on Ebay you can find them for about $15 to $20 each.
