Once the microwaves were only used inside protected ovens, and we were taught that the food was heated by 'shaking the molecules'. Now for some fifteen years or so we've accepted to held these handheld "ear warmers" to our brain, carrying them around close to our organs and even giving them to our children.. Now the new third generation system, with stronger signals and more frequent towers built, we're all more than ever before exposed to this new kind of pollution.
I have little technical knowledge, but I returned my handset after only ten days, years ago, because of the unpleasant sensations even after only short conversations. I do not want to support what seems to be a hazardous technology, not to mention the centralized, pyramid-like and outdated business model these giant media- and tele-communication companies represent.
Let's look at alternatives like cable or fiber optics, and why not get together and form a cooperative?
I admire Lenny Levine for speaking an behalf of many a skeptic, and I want to support his struggle by sharing mine.
