He is an adult 18 and the two teen girls are how old if there under 18; he should get what ever the judge said plain and simple if everybody was under 18 than no but him being an adult changes the story.

False, As long as the girls in question we the age of 16 and above, that is considered consensual if the Male is 18. Or the reverse with the girl 18 and the guy 16. So the judge can't immediately charge him with anything. Now if the girl(s) are under 16 then that is a different story, and he could face charges for child molestation if it went that far, by the parents of the minor. If they are 16 the parents have no say in what the daughter says in court, and the daughter and only the daughter could press charges, the parents have no say.
