He asked the girls to send pictures of themselves doing sexual acts and they complied, not understanding the consequences because they're all teenagers. How is he deserving of a punishment greater than 90 days in prison?

If it was an older adult and children under 16 involved, maybe that would make sense. Given the situation, however, a stronger sentence would be lunacy.
