I'm, like, okay with being a little crazy.
The time, energy, words, weight lost, nails bitten, scabs picked and nights I've struggled thru for this are easy to judge from afar, right?
Things I won't miss about being a freelancer: incorrectly estimating my taxes and owing a ton of cash at the end of the year.
So pissed at @thomashouston right now for not reminding me about James Blake last night.

I got rid of my phone company and save a bunch using Magic Jack, don't have any regrets and no monthly bills. Best thing we have ever done went from paying $100 a month to $19.95 a year. The only thing I'm concerned abous is our National Grid now owns the electric and gas. I wonder how long it will be when they stiff us all in my state

Reading these posts, is like reading the classified and sales ad's section in the news paper. As for saving on insurance premiums. Most insurers will give a new client/new business discount the first year. However, when your policy comes up for renewal, no doubt you will see an increase in your premium, especially if your policy is issued through "captured agent" that only writes policies for one specific insurance company. I find I save a great deal more on insurance using an independent insurance agent, who has access to several insurance companies and can give me several options and quotes. I usually request new quotes annually, especially on my homeowners and auto. About 30 days prior to these two policies renewing for another year.

Call your cc company or go to their website and dispute the charges. Tell them what happened and they will get it done for you.

Report your cc lost and ask them to cancel it and send you a new card with new #. That will eliminate AOL from having the information. And AOL has been free for yrs. You have to call and request to change your account to free aol...I did it in 2005

The best way to save some money on your cable bill is to stream movies from one of the newer DVD players over the internet. My husband installed a simple antenna where we can pick up local news on our 42 inch Sony TV and weather channels, then use the DVD player to watch all the instant movies on Netflix we want. It costs $8.99 a month which not only includes thousands of movies but we can also receive movies on DVD one at a time by mail. We kept the internet service from Comcast and now are saving over $100 a month. Netflix also just announced they will be streaming movies to the Nintendo WII soon. Just take a look at Netflix's stock since many people are going that route making Comcast and other cable companies worry.
