My biggest issue is that there is supposedly "nothing" that this woman can do. Is this not a sexual predator case? If this fetish had been indulged between TWO consenting adults, it would be their business, but it WASN'T. This lady might have been a touch naive, but she was just trying to make a living AND maybe do something nice for someone who she thought needed her help. Anyway, even if this isn't a case for a sex crimes unit, the fact that she hasn't been paid what was agreed on should count for something!

I agree with you, surely there is some kind of charges that can be brought against the man, didn't it say she changed his diapers? So wouldnt he technically
have exposed his self to her? Seems like they could at the least charge him with some kind of Lewd act, since the whole thing was originated on the pretense she was hired to care for him due to a mental disability. (he was mental alright) Looks like the police could atleast charge him with Sexual Harrassment or something along those lines.
