There's a load of great tech news happening out there every day, and, unfortunately, we just can't cover it all. Here are a few of the other noteworthy things we saw today on our never-ending journey through the wild, wild Web.
  • Designer Eric Hanson aptly sums up the time-suck that is the Internet in the image pictured above. With Facebook, Tumblr, Gmail, and RSS, there's a pretty good chance we're not getting anything done. [Gizmodo]
  • The car vs. horse-drawn carriage debate presumably ended a century ago, but it appears this horse didn't get the message. The car doesn't stand a chance. [9News]
  • Finally! A government panel has come out in support of orbital refueling stations for proposed trips to the Moon and Mars. [Engadget]
  • Mac users, get your software update up and running: Mac OS X 10.5.8, clocking in at a slim 165 megabytes, is now available. [TUAW]
