Tech ads have definitely taken a turn for the weird lately. In an attempt to go viral, Microsoft pushed its new Internet Explorer 8 with an ad prominently featuring vomit, and now Palm is advertising the Pre smartphone with a disturbingly calm spokeswoman who reminisces on just "going with the flow."
