Sandisk CEO Admits Defeat to Apple
With Palm about to make an attempt to grab the iPhone's smartphone dominance, it's interesting to see SanDisk CEO Eli Harari admitting defeat to Apple in the MP3 player race. His company is a distant second in device sales, and he's now admitting that there's nothing SanDisk can do to even shoot for the number one spot. Hey, at least he's humble.

In an attempt to make them a little easier on the eyes, NEC is launching the CRV43, a ridiculously wide monitor that has a subtle panoramic curve. It's the ultimate desktop accessory, but, at an expected price of $6,499, it sure won't come cheap.
