Report Bad Drivers Online at Zapatag

Have you ever wished that you could take your revenge on that guy who cut you off on the road without chasing him through traffic leaning out your window with a baseball bat? There's a better (and passive-aggressive) way to do it: Whine anonymously on a Web site.
Introducing Zapatag, a Web site created for the sole purpose of shaming bad drivers. After signing up, you can post license plate numbers, incident locations, and details of the offense that left you steaming behind the wheel. The site enables you to search plate numbers to see if there are previous complaints about the driver (or against you), and it lets you plot reports on a map to see all the bad drivers in your neighborhood.
At the moment Zapatag is a little low on active members, but if people actually start using the site regularly, it will be worth your while to check it out. And yes, you can send updates to Zapatag via Twitter, though we suggest pulling over before trying to text your complaints.
For now, we'll just stick to using our middle fingers to call out bad drivers -- it's still our best option until Zapatag really takes off. [From: Autoblog]

It's only copying what has been coined the Grand Daddy of Driver shaming web sites, PlateWire.com ( http://www.platewire.com ) already has a very active community that have actually made a difference in the offline world.

There is a "fatal error" with the site today, and this is the first time I tried it.
For you programmers, it says
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare uey6() (previously declared in /home/hawaii/public_html/index.php(1) : eval()'d code:1) in /home/hawaii/public_html/includes/connection.php(1) : eval()'d code on line 1
Good idea though
