Best of the Web This Week

Welcome to Urlesque's weekly wrap up format, which we bring you every weekend here on Switched. Our friends over at Urlesque try to present as many of the best bits from the Web as they can, but ultimately there are lots of goodies that don't make it onto the site. Per usual, check out this week's hottest posts from Urlesque below for more things that the Web enjoyed this week, courtesy of some of the best viral collectors on the 'Net.

This week we climbed to the internet's highest mountaintops and walked through its lowest valleys. In our minds! Seriously though, this stuff also happened:
  • We found a set of outstanding golf pants that Tiger Woods wouldn't be caught dead in. Just in time for Father's Day!
  • The web finally cleaned up its act and did a good deed, tracking down a Reddit commenter's long lost birthmother. Don't get used to it.
  • We bid a fond and tearful farewell to our lady of the night, Bea Arthur.
  • This angry baby would probably be a lot angrier if he know how much he was being photoshopped.
