Wedding's Off! Facebook Fiance Busted for Wearing Boob Hat

Facebook strikes again! Crouching patiently in wait for one of its members to show a lapse in judgment, Facebook attacks, getting the victim fired or arrested before sparking an ensuing media frenzy. The most recent victim, a philandering Italian lothario, lost his soon-to-be wife because of Facebook ignorance, or arrogance, according to Asylum.

While perusing the social networking site just days before their scheduled nuptials, Valeria A. (Yeah, we wouldn't want our identity revealed in this case, either, Valeria) happened upon a photo of her fiance Antonio wearing a boob hat. No, not one of those ridiculous, bachelor-party 'Boob Inspector' hats, but a real-life pair of breasts (not belonging to Val) resting on top of his head. For shame!

Valeria not only called off the wedding but, in perhaps our favorite Facebook twist so far, also plastered copies of the photo in the vicinity of her rakish ex's Rome workplace, with an excellent and witty addendum. According to Metro, Valeria's salvo read, "At least I've discovered you're a traitor pig before the wedding! Signed, your former betrothed bride and the 548 guests of our wedding." Oh, snap!

If only Val read Switched so she could have seen our coverage of the boob mouse pad. Maybe, if she'd supplied her wandering fidanzato with one of these, he may not have been tempted to stray. We're only here to help. [From: Metro and Asylum]
