If you have a custom formulation, our lab would need to review it before moving forward.



If the Swine flu nosode is available, it would be done as an extemporaneous item, which means it does not require separate FDA approval. It is categorized as an OTC drug, and must be dispensed as such rather than supplements or herbs.

I have contacted Boiron and Hahnemann Laboratoies Inc. for a custom Homeopathic formulation for the Swine Flu .Would the custom formulation require FDA approval as I am concerned about the turnaround time? Could the formulation be made and sold as a product under evaluation? Could it be sold as a food supplement, as are vitamins or herbs?
