Unless you've mastered the ancient art of shorthand, you're missing a lot of info during business meetings. But for $150, you can get a tireless chronicler in the Livescribe Pulse. This chubby pen doesn't just record audio, but it also matches the recording to the notes you've written on special (but not expensive) tablets. Forgot the name of that girl from accounting? Just tap the part of your notes where you wrote "introductions" and hear a playback of what she said at that moment.
