Begin at the control panel, go to "User accounts and family safety," go to "add or remove user accounts," at the bottom click on "Go to main user accounts page,"  you then go to a page which has  as the option at the bottom of the page "turn user account control on or off."  Click on that.  Turn user account control off.  The security center prompts you to not do this.  I did anyway.  I like using Vista a lot better after that.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[William Adams]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Apr 25th 2009 2:44PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
