Pizza Hut Wants to Hire Summer 'Twintern' (Yes, a Twittering Intern)

If you love Twitter, Texas, and pizza, then we may have found the perfect job for you.

Pizza Hut is officially in the hunt for a summer 'Twintern,' who will be expected to tweet about all things Pizza Hut. Applicants must be enrolled in college and be willing to move to Dallas for the summer. Anyone interested in the position can apply at PizzaHut.com (as of this past Monday). Pizza Hut is looking for creative applications, so it is unlikely that a traditional resumé will get any love. (Might we suggest a tweeted one? "@pizzahut Harvard Jr. who majors in Bio and luvs pizza and tweeting abt stuff").

The applicant chosen as Pizza Hut's 'Twintern' will attend a host of corporate events during his or her stay in Dallas, including advertising shoots and product meetings. He or she will also be expected to notify the higher-ups of any negative publicity that hits the Twitter circuit.

Good luck to the winner; that poor kid probably won't want to even hear the word "pizza" after this summer is over. [From: CNET]
