Reasons to Quit Facebook

Pseudo game apps like 'Ninjas Vs. Zombies'; what are we, like, six-years old?
It seems like every day we get another request to join some ridiculous group game, like Ninjas Vs. Zombies or some such nonsense. "You've been bitten by John," our notifications announce, "join this game and bite five more people to help defeat the ninjas." What happens when you get all your friends to become ninjas? Absolutely nothing. We thought this was just an annoying trend, but it continues to endure. For the users out there that send us these games, please know that, however much pleasure you get from fightin' zombies, we get double the pleasure in ignoring you.

If you're that worried, or annoyed by Facebook, you have some serious problems. Get over it. And if you don't want to be on a social networking site, no one is forcing you! So delete your account, and get on with your boring life.

If you're that worried, or annoyed by this article, why comment? No one is forcing you to read it! It's his/her opinion. Oh? Free speech is a right given to us by the Bill of Rights? Right! Almost forgot...guess this particular writer isn't allowed to have his/her own opinion. Stop reading if you don't like it, and get on with your boring life! (Did you like the parallel structure I made with your post? I thought it was kinda sorta creative/clever/sardonic?) Oh and... I happen to agree with this entire article. It's not TELLING you to delete your Facebook, just giving you reasons why some of us might.

Seriously!!! I think people always have to write something bad about everything around here. This dude is just jealous or probably a loner

These are silly reasons except for maybe the first two.
Apps can be ignored, the new facebook doesn't involve a two year learning curve, gifts are also FREE, and some apps are actually fun (though I've never played ninjas vs zombies cause it is silly I agree).
Cukazi has a good point but anyone who posts their opinion publically should be ready for criticism. And yea.. to some these are legit reasons :'( . I cry because I love facebook :P

I don't see what all they hype is about with this facebook issue.. I agree with some of the prev postings, if you don't like it, delete your account... This thing is complaing about app invites, gifts, being poked, etc....Guess what, my yearbook does it, myspace does it, and i'm pretty sure there are other sites that do it, but no one is criticizing them now are they...the sites are more for the younger crowd any way, if it's too imature for the older ppl, create a site thats more age appropiate for you.

Actually I think that this article is just pointing out how ridiculous we all are. I mean even MySpace is a joke, and those defending face book, need to really look at themselves, “why am I defending a program that made a emo college kid into a billionaire?” it is just a program, why do you care, this article is just to joke around with you. I think you are all funny and you remind me of the same people who would defend the movie, “Twilight” are you guys fourteen year old girls? LOL! I had a good laugh at this article, keep on going!

I simply deleted my account once things got boring, instead of deleting certain people from my account, which was making it boring. This is the best route to take. DELETE THE ACCOUNT!!!!

This article is hilarious!! I will admit that I'm pretty addicted to some of the Myspace Apps now..uh..maybe a couple on Facebook too. There is more to them now since when this article was written, plenty more than Ninjas VS. Zombies...ROFL
