By the way, I'm podcasting on basically zero sleep, so this should be fun.
If you're not seeing chat with the podcast, just refresh that bad boy. A little F5 should make things right as rain.
Going to be podcasting live with @peterrojas here in about 15 minutes. Have questions? Send 'em our way! http://t.co/dgErVbTGJw

Who gives a living crap about Twitter Dee or Twitter Dum? Everyone is a moron, jumping from one thing to another identical thing. This will be replaced within 6 months with the next asinine, identical communication ploy. My God, people, get a life.

I'm with you. I'm personally sick of hearing grown adults and newscasters like diane sawyer use the word "tweet."

SharonJun 28th 2010 3:01PM
Jeanne what a novel idea! Can you believe people actually did that before computers came along? At one time I had a MySpace, Facebook and Twitter account. Then I realized MySpace was more for young people and Twitter was boring as hell! I still have Facebook because I enjoy the groups on it and the people are interesting. I still prefer talking to people in person however.

The Comments posted to date say it all fairly well.
I'm thinking of establishing a Site to be known as "The Jerks". Trouble is, there'll be so much traffic the equipment will overload, meltdown and leave all of the Jerks talking to their Egos.

Plurk is better than twitter
kyranMar 26th 2009 4:08PM
All of this tweeting, texting, facebooking, blogging, rapping, my spacing, cell phone mania, e mail overloading and all of the other various and sundry forms of communication vomiting are merely a symptom of the accepted idea that everyone in the world has something important to say and that the rest of us are dying to hear it. Well -- they don't and we're not. Ever since the idiots in the media began referring to any hack with a guitar as an "artist" (sometime in the 1960s) it has been the fate of the rest of us to be subjected to every form of dreck that the dregs of society can spew up - and now they've got a dozen more ways to do it.
