I'm a political atheist, but it was still pretty obvious that whatever party was in charge the last eight years was not doing even a poor job. Nobody is as blind as he/she who will not see, i.e., the so-called conservatives.

bruce johnson

Comments on

I for one quit reading their liberal crap & watch Fox News only where we get it fair & balanced! It's nice to know that you're getting your daily dose of conservative brainwashing from Faux News. Fair and balanced, my ass! More like fake and bullshit. If you had two brain cells to rub together, you'd realize that they present one side of the story only. I'll bet Steve Ducey is your favorite, too. It figures, he's an idiot so I'm sure that you can relate. I can get national and world headlines from a host of television companies. What I can't get is the news from my home state. When the Atlanta Journal Constitution stopped delivery south of the Metro Atlanta area, I lost all contact with the state legislature and hundreds of communities across the state. The nearest newspaper of any size, the Columbus Ledger Enquirer has a fear that a reporter will be irretrievably lost if one ventures outside the city limits or certain areas of east Alabama - same thing with the local television news. I miss being able to pick up a newspaper at a rack - I refuse to buy at a convenience store because none are "convenient". If I pay at the pump, why should I have to go inside and wait in line behind 15 people buying lottery tickets to purchase a newspaper. It is too much trouble.

M Hollomon
