Believe me, if I could block the SOB stalking me I would. Last night he texted me at 3:30am. He texts me every day at odd hours. I have never responded. And unfortunately have to read his pathetic texts in order to document them for the police. I met him on mySpace and gave him my cell number before I realized that he was seriously disturbed. I thank God I did not give him my home number!
As for not texting and calling instead... I don't want anything to do with this bastard. I don't even want to hear his voice, also I wouldn't be able to subpoena his phone/text records and have him thrown in jail. Phone calls are not enough to prove harrassment but texting is written proof.
