Tell them your story. Ive run into some nice reps at AOL that help out when its needed. If you don't get help from a regular rep, ask to speak to an account manager. If your not helped, keep working your way up the line. Everyone has a boss and if your determined to get your account back you probably can. Never take no for an answer and always be polite but firm. It gets results.
