8 Ways to Back-Up Your Computer (and Keep Your Stuff Safe)

One of the biggest reasons people forget backing up is that they don't know where to start, what tools to use, or how to go about it. While we can't come to your house and do it for you, we can at least give you our preferred options to help you choose. Don't be scared -- the process is relatively simple these days and often completely automated, so you won't have any excuses when your music library and your financial records are all gone.

Try calling them instead of writing.
Tell them your story. Ive run into some nice reps at AOL that help out when its needed. If you don't get help from a regular rep, ask to speak to an account manager. If your not helped, keep working your way up the line. Everyone has a boss and if your determined to get your account back you probably can. Never take no for an answer and always be polite but firm. It gets results. Good Luck and I hope you recover your account.

Just put your data on a flash drive. cheep , EZ and fast, just mouse drag the files. In the old days we used floppy disks to back up data, the flash drive is the new floppy.

I think their is only way to keep your backup working by saving your all day stuff in a Data transferer..........
